🛠How I Help Parents
✅ Strength-Based Parenting – Focusing on what works, rather than getting stuck in what doesn’t.
✅ Parenting Strategies that Fit Your Child’s Unique Brain – Your child isn’t broken, and your parenting isn’t failing—you just need a strategy that aligns with their neurotype.
✅ Reducing Overwhelm – Executive functioning struggles don’t just affect kids. I help parents develop systems to manage household tasks, schedules, and self-care.
✅ Co-Parenting Support – Helping parents (whether together or separated) develop strategies to work as a team, even when they have different approaches.
✅ Self-Compassion & Community – Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel isolating. Therapy offers a space to be heard, validated, and supported.
A Personal Note to Parents
You are doing an incredible job.
Parenting a neurodivergent child in a world that doesn’t always understand them is exhausting.
You don’t have to have all the answers, and you don’t have to do this alone.
Whether you need help with burnout, advocacy, co-parenting, or simply understanding your child better, I’m here to help.
